Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic, personable, and motivated Retail Store Team Members to provide an elevated shopping experience for our customers. As a team member, you will play a key role in creating meaningful customer interactions, sharing product knowledge, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them toward the right products.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on Pillar’s collection, highlighting the tailored fits, functionality, and high-quality fabrics that distinguish us from competitors.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an aesthetically pleasing store that reflects the simplicity and premium appeal of the Pillar brand.
- Sales & Inventory Management: Process sales, exchanges, and returns while keeping the inventory organized and stocked.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with teammates to foster a positive, high-energy environment.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the Pillar brand both in-store and on social media when appropriate, sharing our vision and engaging with the community.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and challenges with professionalism and creativity.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Passion for fitness, athleisure, and lifestyle fashion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (for point-of-sale systems and inventory management).
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
